I've talked about this problem before but it's starting to drive me crazy. I have a whistling sound coming from the front of the car, I can't tell where exactly but it's 100% not coming from the wheels or brakes. When it's windy it's even worse. I found a video by CJ_ON_32 that has the exact same sound. Does anyone have this problem and found a solution?

Go to 34:00 to hear the whistiling sound.

We'd highly recommend contacting your local dealership for this concern. If support is needed while having your vehicle serviced, then we would be glad to provide aid where possible. Reach out to us if you need us, and we will follow up accordingly.

Well they changed that page, now looks like this.

They hid moved the subscription items to the Dashboard page. I still don't own the car apparently, again, my bank account disagrees. And yes I did contact them, both the concierge, and via online chat. And still shows a R/T not a Scat Pack, and yes, I know that is trivial, but if you are bothering to show a car, IN my color, make the picture correct.
LOL, they changed it back, still wonky.

And the reason I'mbringing up something petty like the wheels in the image being wrong is this, compare it to the phone app.

Now my actual car

So not only do they have the correct images, but the ability to show them based on the vin.

Has anyone seen any of the power gauges read/indicate more than 75% of what should be the max?
Potential Power gauge, 72%
Torque, and kW never get anywhere near rated numbers. I've never seen over 380kW.
There are two different ways to track that, and they don’t match for whatever reason. The highest I’ve seen in the Performance Pages graph tracker is just shy of 600hp, whereas the meter on the dash showed all 670hp (or close to).

Doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason as the two do not linearly keep up with each other. I’ve seen less than 350hp on the graph and close to 600hp on the dash at the same time.

Just to let you know my whistling sound is fixed. It was a tiny crack above one of the front light, my dealer fixed the rubber there and the car is silent now.
Can you take a picture and show where it was?

Hi , recently i took delivery of my scatpack daytona . Everything is fine except I have issues with keyless entry not working and having difficulty disconnecting charger . Reached out to delaer , they told chrysler is aware about this issue related to key sensor but for now dealership is waiting for the update before march .

Did any one got a portable charger with their Daytona .
I have had problems with the charging gun stuck in my Daytona R/T. We use an Emporia charger. I first thought maybe the car is locking the gun in, maybe to prevent nefarious forces from disconnecting it for you. But I had a hard time seeing consistency when I would try to troubleshoot this. Sometimes it seems like it releases if I lock and then unlock the car, but not always. Sometimes I think it's a mechanical thing with the button on the gun, or maybe ice is forming in the port. I purchased a charging gun cover to prevent extra moisture from getting in.

We also have a Honda Prologue and it has happened with that car as well, but only once.

Well, open my mouth and insert feet. Today, warmest day since I got the car, I saw 480+ kW. And it didn't seem to matter if I used PowerShot or not. We really need Dodge to document this stuff for us.

New Problems:
1. Park Sense Cameras turn on randomly while driving or at a stop light (With no one or cars around). This started happening after I mentioned my UConnect head unit rebooted while driving. It's super annoying and the damn video stays on until you manually close it. If I disable Park Sense button or the option 'Camera enabled Park Sense', it goes away, but then I would have to manually use it.

2. Automatic wipers aren't working. If I don't turn them on manually, they never engage. (Not sure they ever worked)

Are you certain that it isn't the turn signal setting? I assume not, that is a bit different, but just posting that to let people know there is a setting to show cameras when turn signals are on. ( I thought I'd love it, but I hate it actually)

Apparently, when the Charging Gun gets STUCK, the FIX is to use the KEY FOB and push UNLOCK 3 times. I found that mine gets STUCK if I interrupt the charging process before it COMPLETELY finishes.

I agree, something like that. The door lock switch inside the car can do it as well. And/or, waiting, holding down the release button. But when it is finished charging (to 80% in my case) when I walk up and grab it, never an issue.

I have a new problem I haven't seen mentioned yet. I have a 'stripper' model (Stage 1 R/T, no other options). As such, the trunk is manually opened/lifted after pressing the rubber button on the rear of the car. I drove my son 70 miles to college on Sunday and when we arrived, the trunk button was completely dead so we couldn't unload his stuff!

I had stopped at his dorm and exited the car with the fob in my pocket and the car still "running", so I got a triple-honk warning from the horn. I thought this might've triggered the glitch somehow, so I pressed the power button to "turn off" the car and tried again.. the trunk button was still dead. I thought maybe it was a passive keyfob signal issue, so I took the fob out of my pocket and held it in my hand while pressing the trunk button.. nothing. I also locked/unlocked the car using the fob to try to reset things, but that didn't work either. I tried forcefully pushing down and pulling up on the hatch to see if maybe there was a sensor switch that needed tweaking.. nothing. Finally, we gave up and dragged his stuff out through the folded-down back seat, which was pretty ridiculous.

There is no backup for opening the rear trunk. No button on the cheapo keyfob - no button inside the car. I have no idea if you folks with non-stripper cars have a backup entry method, but I haven't found one.

I drove 70 miles home and before plugging in the charger, I hit the trunk button to see if it worked.. the first 3-4 presses did nothing, then suddenly the button started working again. It's worked fine ever since. My dealer has no ideas.

Since it isn't a true separate cargo area, there isn't a glowing handle for trapped kids either. Hmm, got me!

There were pictures of Chargers caught in the wild in 2024 showing a strap hanging out of the back hatch which was assumed to be connected to a manual latch inside, presumably due to issues opening it electronically. Here's one from Mopar Insiders:

Maybe there is an undocumented manual latch hidden under the plastic panel on the bottom side of the hatch?

I remember seeing those, and reading of potential latch issues.
I think that is more likely a rope tying it closed.

Fantastic.. my black Charger is going to look great with a red tail permanently dangling from the back bumper! ;)

Was there a solution to the intermittent console problems?

On second day of ownership the center console and frasonic all turned off while driving.

I stopped and "power cycled" the console which seemed to get it back on, same with fratzonic. But after that the nav functions were down until I did a full power cycle of the car.

And, before I did the power cycle it asked me to recompute my profile setup.
