Indeed. It's also great to see Dodge carrying on the tradition of special visual packages for the new generation of Chargers. Cannot wait to see a Scat Pack with a blacked out hood in combination with the Sun and Sound black glass roof, and the black spoiler from the Track Pack. I think the combo of those two option packages, plus a gloss black hood would be stunning.

I know they did that treatment to one in Redeye, but I think it would look best on the lighter shades, like Triple Nickel.

 

My 2015 Charger R/T with R&T had factory black painted roof. It was a 1 of 1 car (by luck, I got it CPO). I always wanted to stripe it some way.

I'm working up what graphics could look like on a new Daytona based on the 1985 Shelby Charger Turbo I had.

I need to start over, but this is something I got so far

Out of curiosity, what are you using for your mockups?

 

It is a Shelby Charger Turbo (Actually that source image is a 1984 NON Turbo, the Turbos had a funky bulged vented hood, and 5 bolt wheels), I've had 2. One in that color combo (A nice one back in 1988) and one in Garnet Red and Silver (A whooped one as a 3rd car/toy in 2002ish, that one I cranked up the boost, and swapped in a MUCH better transmission).
I have Corel Paintshop Pro X9, and not much skill.

 

Don't discount your abilities. Looks better than my attempts to do some mockups, earlier. 😅

Yes, that picture is a 1984 Shelby Charger with 4 bolt. I had 2 1985/86 Shelby Charger Turbos with 5 bolt. And 3 Rampages, 1 was a rustbucket, one was already converted to Shelby Charger Spec, and one I was converting myself. I had the 5 bolt hubs/suspension done, and the SLH brakes.

 

Still not a fan of the glass roof. To me it going to create a lot of heat especially in sunny south. Later RJD

I have a Daytona Shelby Z. I put the Dodge stickers on. Unfortunately, it's been in storage the last few years.
