Like it or not, the modern day Charger is a family sedan. Dodge's answer to the Ford Taurus. It is the successor of the Neon and Dart. A pair of doors for every row of seats, anything else is blasphemy. No whether or not it should be...

Welcome to the forum @#71! If Dodge didn't bring back the Challenger I'd agree but it was the only way for Dodge to use both the Charger and Challenger names. It wouldn't make any sense to have two muscle cars.

Sadly, I won't be surprised if Dodge does something wild like turn it into an SUV. For some reason automakers are butchering names like it. But what they did to the new Daytona Charger gives me hope.

I've owned 2 69 Daytonas.

Yep totally ruined it. If you want 4 doors there are 700 other vehicles you can choose from.
