My car is operating and charging fine. When I open the Dodge app, click on the battery status, and then select "Health," all categories have a green checkmark next to them, including "Service Electric System" under "Electric Vehicle." However, when I click on it, I receive the following message:

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was the issue?
I called my dealership, and they said I would have to leave the car with them for a few days because they only have one technician who works on EVs. Even though I’ve had this car for less than a month, they won’t provide me with a loaner, which is quite inconvenient.
