So right now you're not having issues with your car?
Got the car back. Was told they couldn't duplicate and there were no current issues. No problems to report yet, but I've only had it two days now. Never got to speak with the tech.
That’s BS if they can’t figure out what went wrong and didn’t do anything to fix it there is still an issue…
 
We have had our car for 2 weeks. Our vehicle is in the shop because the service electrical system light has come on intermittently. They dealership said the vehicle isn't safe to drive so they kept it. They won't provide a loaner vehicle and Customer Cares wants us to pay $50 a day for a rental and the dealership doesn't have an ETA on repairs. I just spoke with a Customer Cares representative and he said he will get back to me Friday about a vehicle. This is the service that I am receiving. I'm getting the runaround.
