Trunk would not open as designed and access would be less practical. It's not terrible but I think it's very 90's NSX or something not quite Mopar. Lower profile but on standoffs is what I like. 300M special was a nice spoiler. As is the 2014+ R/T spoiler.

I personally wouldn't want it but I voted 'yes' because I want kids to have options 10-15 years from now for crap they can stick onto their cars trying to impress.

Yes, it looks good, but surely it could follow the contour of the tail better? I'm gathering that connecting piece at the bottom is to allow the hatch to open?

I would probably not do this myself (don't like spoilers in general) but I think you're on to something.

 

Isn't that the stick to hold the hatch open after the struts give out?

 

I feel like my struts are already working too hard. I swear I can hear them moan and complain whenever I open my hatch.

 

The shorter design just reads like the Supra wing, not the og Daytona's.

 

I like the idea but I'd say make it taller, like the original Daytona. I think the original Daytona Rear spoiler was about 2 feet tall.

Don't hate it, but don't like it either, honestly I feel with the shape of the rear end of the Charger I find the R/T without the spoiler to look the best as it gives it that more classic Charger look, and I say that as someone who normal prefers how spoilers look on most cars.

 

Yes I feel the exact same way, although I do like this concept.

I am glad the R/T had the smooth trunk as it looks way more like the OG 68-70 Charger.

 

I like it. It goes along with the weirdness of the EV Charger concept.

 

Hmmm, it is not functional, but only a handful of the 1 million spoilers on cars actually are, so that shouldn't really matter. I like how it pays homage to the old Daytona wing. I do like it, but I wouldn't put it on mine. Ya know, this just got me thinking about our "exhaust" system and how I don't like it because it is fake. I laughed and hated this fratzonic crap when I found out about it. However, I think that Pioneer guy brought up a good point (another thread) about the safety and the sound requirements by the NHTSA, (which I agree these cars should have some sound, I almost stepped back into the path of someone's prius like 20 years ago when they were backing up), which was basically if we have to have sound, why not a cool sound. But anyway, this spoiler got me thinking of all the fake stuff we have on most cars already. Spoilers, fake "Dual" exhaust, about every hood scoop out there, every fender vent (I think the last real one was a Trans Am), wheels with the bolt pattern around the rim whe they are not really 2 piece, and honestly loud aftermarket mufflers that just "muffle" less sound, it doesn't add power, it is a mod people do to only make more percieved sound, just like this corny fratzonic system does. So it is making me think less harshly of the fratzonic now. But I still think it's corny, maybe it will grow on me.

So yeah, that was my simple way of saying, this spoiler is alright

 

Our Chargers have sound that meets federal regulation and is separate from the Fratzonic system. You could remove the silly Fratzonic Chambered "Exhaust" system entirely, and the car would still be compliant.

It's great to have options, I like the one being shown by the OP but I would not get it.

The stock one is great for the Scat Pack.

I also like the older stock option from Dodge for the 2011-2014.
