I have no information but I highly doubt it. If the sales do not improve, I don't think we will be seen Charger EVs for too long. Corporations decisions go by numbers, results. Hard to think the situation on Charger EV sales will change.

Performance is not the problem here. Even YouTube haters say the car is very fast and faster then previous gen Hellcat. So why spend the money adding a more expensive trim when the current price is already a problem. I bet they were loosing money selling the RT, so they cancelled it. Also bet they are not making money on the Scat.

The Charger Daytona might see more limited production in the next couple of years but I don't see it getting canceled outright. Too much invested. It's not just the model, it's the entire, multibillion dollar battery plant that's supplying it.

Cutting back to order-only Scat Pack models isn't a terrible strategy for this year, since it lets Stellantis get the battery plant properly on its feet and debugged while they look for ways to cut costs. As well, other EV performance models are coming to market and wearing down the overall resistance a bit. Let them introduce a Banshee Daytona in '27 and the market may be more ready for it by then.

Too bad, but in time hopefully the 800V architecture can make its way to the 2027 or later EVs, hopefully once the IC models rekindle interest in the new platform. It's a shame really, given how badly the roll-out has been, because this car got me into EVs, ironically. There are no "sporty coupe" EVs out there and by the numbers it would seem the demand is lacking despite its appeal to those few of us who appreciate the attempt.

I'm sorry, the limited production order window has closed and orders already delivered for this rarest of Mopar high-performance models.

I don’t think they will outright can it. For a couple of reasons. The current administration is friendly toward consumer choice but no telling the next administration will be as friendly and likely to revert policies. The vehicle was rushed in the first place because stelantis was late to the game. Second is that global there is still a large push for evs despite the US backing off. 3 they are still investing large in to solid state batteries and other EV tech. I think the banshe will come as a SRT product and might be the only Daytona left standing

Canceling the Daytona EV doesn't mean cancelling the EV platform. I doubt they will cancel the platform. No reason why. They will continue to use it in many other cars, but I don't think they will in Muscle cars. They do not sell as an EV. That is all. SUVs, compact, and pickup trucks may.
